I invite you to be where you are. To put your phone away when you are in the company of others, walking down the street, out in the world.
I took this photo as I caught myself mindlessly scrolling through my phone while walking a few blocks. I caught myself and said “Let’s just be here. Let’s just be present.” (and then I snapped this photo to share later) and put my phone away and enjoyed where I was.
