Just now, I did something that I often do. I friend popped into my mind. I opened up my laptop, opened a new email and sent then an email of love and acknowledgment straight from my heart in that instant. Often times it is a quick fragmented few sentences, but it is full of love! When I am home I do this via voicemail as well. When I am thinking of someone I send them that love for real!
So often we fall asleep to how amazing the people in our lives are. Or rather we fall asleep to reminding them of this. People love to be loved! Show your love! In whatever form you like.
I invite you to take this on as a regular practice. Acknowledge away! Via text, email, voicemail, notecards, snail mail. Short or long it doesn’t matter. Sometimes I just send out a P.S. You are amazing. Who doesn’t want to receive that? Express your love in real time! It takes a second really. You have time for it.
How about even making it a daily practice. Who can I acknowledge today? Acknowledge the sales clerk, the customer service rep, acknowledge people that it is a stretch for you to acknowledge.
Love the whole universe up with acknowledgment!

Thanks Tricia. Great idea to acknowledge people. We all need it and it is much appreciated. Acknowledge was my original “A” in the CARE acronym. I use Appreciate, but to acknowledge someone, means so much. Thanks again.
